AAA Attorney Services, Inc. will prepare, file, and serve a Small Claims case at any Southern California Court. On average it takes 2-3 weeks to complete the process.

Fill-out and sign the Plaintiff's Claim and Order to Go to Small Claims Court (SC-100). Skip Page 1 and sections 5 and 6 - we will contact you for further information. Complete, sign, and date the document. Make a copy for yourself.
Submit your original signed paperwork and a check made payable to AAA Attorney Services, Inc. for $125, plus Court fee* (see table below)

Greater than $1,500, but less than or equal to $5,000	$50
Greater than $5,000, but less than or equal to $7,500 - Natural person only	$75
If more than 12 claims have been filed in the previous 12 months	$100

If suing more than (1) defendent on same case and same address, please add...	$30
If suing more than (1) defendent on same case at different address, please add...	$45

Please Note: Your claim cannot be more than $5,000 if you are a business or public entity or for more than $7,500 if you are a natural person (including a sole proprietor). If you have a claim for more than this amount over the limit, you may sue in the civil division of the trial court or you may sue in the small claims court and give up your right to the amount over the limit. You cannot, however, file more than two cases in small claims court for more than $2,500 each during a calendar year.
