Will You Notify Us When a Process Serve Has Been Completed?

Yes – if we have a current phone number or other contact information. If we do not, then we will mail the proof of service to the address given. Our regular clients also have access to our online portal, where they can review statuses online.

Do You File Documents at the Courts?

Yes. We commonly file documents at Orange and Los Angeles Courts.

What is the Average Turn-Round Time on the Completion of Services?

It depends on which service you need and how quickly you need that service completed. Listed below are the turn-around times for our most common services.

  • Process Serving – Priority (same day); Rush (3 working days); Regular (5-7 working days)
  • Court Filing – Same-Day Filings (Completed Same-day if submitted by 11am), RUSH Next-Day Filings (Completed within 1-2 business days), Routine Filings (Completed within 3-5 business days)
  • Field Chase – Regular (within 48 hours); Rush (within 24 hours)

What is Process Serving?

Process serving involves court documents being delivered to the individual at whom the legal document is directed. They can include:

What Does a Process Server Do?

A Process Server delivers (or serves) legal documents to a defendant involved in a court case. Service of process is the procedure used to give legal notice to a person so that person can respond to the proceeding before the court date.

What is Field Chasing?

A Field Chase is typically used to notify a person of outstanding debt or default of a loan. A process server delivers a demand letter to the individual or business. This is usually a last-ditch effort before deciding to move forward with legal action.

What is Skip Tracing?

Skiptracing (also skip tracing) is a term used to describe the process of locating a person’s whereabouts. Skip tracing services may be employed by debt collectors, bail bond enforcers (bounty hunters), private investigators, attorneys, police detectives, or as a part of any investigation that entails locating a subject whose contact information is not immediately known.
